Shipping policy

At epicloom, we aim to deliver your favorite fashion products to you as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Shipping Policy.


Order Processing Time

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed after 6 PM, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day
• In case of unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email/phone


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Other Cities: 5–7 working days
Remote / Interior Areas: 7–10 working days

These timelines are estimates — actual delivery time may vary depending on courier workload, weather, operational delays or festive rush.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Sometimes free-shipping offers may apply.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

✔ Email
✔ SMS / WhatsApp (if applicable)

You can track your shipment using the tracking link.

If the tracking information is not updated within 24–48 hours, kindly contact us.


Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address details are correct. epicloom will not be responsible for:

• Wrong or incomplete address
• Invalid phone number
• Customer not available at delivery time

If the order gets returned to us due to these reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.


Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails repeatedly, the package may be returned to us.


Uncontrollable Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as:

• Bad weather
• Lockdowns / strikes
• Courier network delays
• Natural disasters

We request your patience during such rare circumstances.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.


Damaged / Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged:

• Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos of product & packaging

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


Change of Address After Order

Address change request will be accepted only before dispatch.
Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery details.
