We always work hard to provide you with high-quality fashion products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to valid reasons, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, ONLY if:
• You received a wrong product
• The product is physically damaged
• The product is defective
• The size or product needs exchange
To be eligible:
• Product must be unused, unworn & unwashed
• All original tags, labels & packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene & safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:
• Innerwear
• Accessories (if sealed)
• Used / washed / damaged items
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance / Sale items marked as NON-RETURNABLE

Return Pickup Terms
Pickup availability depends on your pincode.
If pickup is not available, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) are initiated:
• After successful quality inspection
• To the original payment method or
• As Store Credit / Coupon
Refund duration may take 5–10 working days depending on bank processing time.
Shipping / COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the same product/size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.
Order Received Damaged?
If you receive a physically damaged product, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Product images
• Packaging images
Delays beyond this time may not be eligible.
